I did try clicking both ‘help with order’ as well as ‘contact shop owner’ on Etsy, but nothing would happen when I clicked either, both on mobile and computer, unfortunately. Hello! Etsy won’t let me do anything at all, and I wasn’t sure if there was an email I could reach, so I hope it’s okay to message here! I’m just reaching out because I never received my calendar and wasn’t sure what to do. I was supposed to receive it February 9th and got a ‘delivered’ notification, but no package. I’m happy to provide my order number too if needed! Thank you much!
