Our project in Fort Lee is making headway.  One unit is completed and the resident is back home.  The second unit is finished with the mechanicals and ready for drywall.  The third unit is beginning to have the plumbing and electric installed.  There was a water pressure problem that stalled the job and our crew is working hard to resolve this problem with the City of Fort Lee.  All the siding is up and looks beautiful.

After 3 Weeks of framing this home is beginning to take shape.  Little obstacles like the hot sun which heats the steel beams to scorching hot slowed down the work.  This massive home is rock solid.  The expansive rooms are taking shape and the subtle beauty manifesting itself.

Faith Court in Staten has a new home going up.  It is a mansion.  The home is all steel framing.  Development Concepts has nearly completed this structure.  The home is completely custom and the builder and home owner are very demanding.  Development Concepts is the professional team.

Development Concepts won the contract to frame this 14,000 SqFt home.  It is all metal framing supported with steel beams.   The home is massive and will be beautiful when we are finished.

Development Concepts was asked to rebuild 3 condos destroyed in a fire.  This is a complicated project because you are dealing with 3 home owners and an insurance company and a condo board.  We completed the renovations to the first condo without much effort.  The second two are much more difficult.  When they are finished they will be beautiful Luxury units.
