Donna had to admit that he was very gorgeous, how could she say no. “I would love too.” Getting up from her seat, she grabbed his hand so he could lead her to the dance floor. “I was suppose to have a blind date tonight, but i think he stood me up.”

Lucifer accepted the hand, giving a shake, “That name sounds familiar. I’m sure I heard it before. The Doctor. Interesting. So, I take it that you aren’t human. What exactly are you?”

“Well, if you’re the one and only, would you mind proving it?” Of course he wasn’t skeptical, just was curious. Couldn’t hurt him for being simply curious,  right?

“As far being human, you’re right, I’m not human. My home planet was much better than earth could ever be.” Dark said with a grin. “It may sound familiar because I used to go around saving this bloody planet.”

He tilted his head, then allowed his true face to show. The red skin, the burning eyes. Then the human-line visage was back.

"Does that help prove things?" He asked, clearly a bit amused, "I've heard of lesser things that people have said to cause my dear Dad to smite them for."

Rose smiled as she took the glass, taking a small sip before setting it down on the bar in front of her. “Thanks. Company would be greatly appreciated.” She gave a small laugh as she awkwardly drummed her fingers along the sides of her glass. “Was ‘spose to be meetin’ a bloke but looks like he decided not to show.” She blushed a bit in embarrassment “It’s been almost an hour now.”

He gave a sympathetic look and settled into the seat beside her, "That is a shame. Something must be wrong with him to skip out on such radiance."

Lucifer gave her his best smile, "Don't you fret, I'm free to provide you with company and as much to drink as you want. On the house."

He adjusted his sleeve, waiting for the look of disbelief, “Who and what exactly are you?”

If he were human, he would probably automatically assume he was just lying, say that he was delusional. But he wasn’t and he’d seen and heard things that were far worse than this revelation. Instead he just crossed his arms and grinned.

“Lucifer Morningstar? Like from the human bible? Interesting.” He cocked his head to the side, observing Lucifer curiously. “Though the last being I met that claimed to be “The Devil” looked a lot less nice and handsome as you.”

“You certainly aren’t human, that’s relieving.” He offered him a handshake, “Nice to meet you, Lucifer, I’m Dark but the humans used to know me as The Doctor.”

“England. How in Dad’s name did I wind up here?” The fallen angel looked around, a bit concerned and mildly curious.

He walked by a blue box, feeling a bit of a tingling in the back of his mind. But he brushed it off. Lucifer was more interested in how he was pulled out of Lux.

Dark had no idea why his TARDIS took him here, to London of all places. He certainly hadn’t set in any coordinates to do so. Must be another one of her clever little tricks to do something.

When he stepped out he noted the man in the rather fancy tux that passed by. The man looked human but certainly did not feel human. He squinted his eyes at him.

“Excuse me, sir,” HIs voice was sickly polite but the tone in which he spoke was definitely not kind, as usual. “What are you?” There was no beating around the bush, he wanted answers.
