Front 242 - Brave New Waves Radio Profile

Not sure what year this is from (1988-1989?). Recorded off CBC radio's "Brave New Waves" program when they used to do spotlights on artist.

There is a very good chance that I heard this profile when it first aired back in 88-89. I stayed up late even on school nights (sorry Mom Jane Davis ) as the show came on at 11pm, and I listened for it's 2-ish hour run Brave New Waves probably had one of the greatest influences on me musically. So many weird and wonderful bands were discovered here. Hearing the host's voice, is a deep sense memory. 🖤

Remnants of a life lived. Saw these at a thrift store the other day. What struck me, is that they all belong to one person, Alonzo Dryer. Who, it seemed, really rocked at bowling in the mid 60s to the mid 70s. When ever you see stuff like this at a thrift store, especially all of a collection, and there isn't always a name attached, there's a pretty good chance that person has passed away. It always strikes me a little bit, and I give pause for a moment.
