That would have to be Vector.. Any headcanons now while i thread / plot is he actually regrets what he's done while working for don thousand. So we see him hesitate a lot going through with attacking shark or yuma / others. He can't do it not just because of the shipping AU's / Verses but he said he change and he trying to stick to that? i hope that make sense ><
