HUGE milestone today!! Getting to and from the ground at home has been a goal of mine since I started outpatient rehab. Being able to stretch, play with my dogs, and just mixing up what I’m doin watching tv. I’ve mentioned before that a goal of mine with this account is to track my own progress. With this, I’ll be able to post another one in a month and see just how far I’ve come along. Anywho, once I got down I did some spine mobility, which is tough with four vertebrae fused together, but it feels so so so good to get moving around. Physio session 1 - 2nd July 2024 If you would have told us 18 days ago that Harry would of already reached this point so early on in his recovery we probably would have cried, because at that time, we weren’t doing much else, but here we are, less than 3 weeks post op and Harry’s starting to get back on his feet.
