We all know that Max said that there's a lot more Blackwing subjects in the show than Dirk, Bart, and TR3. But has anyone considered the fact that Hugo could be a subject who is quite like Dirk & Bart? The interconnectedness of the world isn't going to bounce a bullet like Hugo's did to kill one of the soul swappers.
