When I address chat I am speaking to a presumed Greek chorus of real human people shitposting on their lunch break, not a machine that devours lakes to covert electricity into slop.
Pharmaceutical company founded in 1901 by Dr Oliver James Omario and Sir Declan Charles Harrison, which slowly became one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the nation roughly 3 years after its creation before it had a rapid downfall in 1999 following multiple federal raids and investigations within buildings that were owned by the company, as well as any current and former employees. According to certain sources though, there are still those who try to revive the company in order to attempt to bring it back to its former glory.
Tenebris
A Black Market bioweapons manufacturer and organization whose name derives from a Latin word for darkness, which is similar to that of Caelestis Inc as both organizations have their names derived from Latin(Caelestis, however, basically means heavenly..). Tenebris seems to create bioweapons and viruses that are named and created in a way that is also similar to that of Caelestis Inc, with the monsters being named after mythical creatures as well. The only person known for being behind Tenebris is a man who goes by the name Interitus, the Latin word for destruction. Wherever he goes, death and destruction follow. Not much is known about the man, other than that he shows no mercy and leaves no survivors of those who face his wrath.
Department of Bioweapon Containment & Research/DBCR
Founded in 1997 by three survivors of the viral outbreak in West Lerwick, Wyoming in November of 1989 to combat and research the new age of bioterrorism. Factions are divided into 4 different categories. Hunters, Researchers, Medics, Crafters. These categories are more so to place the agents and soldiers in the right place they work better in within the organization. Hunters, the soldiers that go out into the field to hunt down the bioweapons and the people that create them to apprehend them. Their ranks are the same as military ranks. Captain, Sergeant, Private, etc.. Researchers, whose category is pretty self-explanatory. They research viruses and other bioweapons, as well as create vaccines for viruses such as the Palmiro Virus. Titles for researchers are typically ‘Doctor’, ‘Analyst’, and ‘Scientist’, to name a few. Medics, whose category, and job, is also self-explanatory. There’s field medics, and there’s the ones that work on-base. Titles are typically ‘Doctor’ and ‘Nurse’, among others. Crafters work on creating the weapons and materials needed to go against the newer, more unknown types of B.O.W.s. The kind that regular guns and bombs wouldn’t work on. They also work on creating different types of body armor, as well. Some B.O.W.s can spit acid, and no regular ol’ Kevlar vest can help protect against that..
Palmiro Virus - The virus behind the West Lerwick Outbreak in November 1989. Named after Dr. Zevran Palmiro, labelled Virus #003. Infected persons become lethargic and overcome with an insatiable hunger. Skin begins to rot roughly 2 hours after infection. Sometimes sooner, sometimes later, sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Depends on biological sex, blood type, age, and health.
West Lerwick Outbreak - Nov. 7th - Nov. 21st, 1989. Originated in what was assumed to be a violent break-in caused by what was originally assumed to be a woman on some sort of drugs due to the recent rise of drug and overdose cases in the United States. Victims [names unknown; young married couple] sent to the local hospital after police were called and the suspect was shot, husband was DOA, wife originally assumed to be Patient Zero before the suspect’s autopsy revealed the infection in her body. Wife became violent towards hospital staff roughly 35 minutes after being admitted, one of the staff being Nurse Evan Urkal, who soon entered the same state as the wife after she had bitten him and began attacking other hospital staff. Hospital essentially became ground-zero for the outbreak, virus spread outside of the hospital and into the small rural city before quarantine was possible. Only reason it had lasted for so long was because of the distance from the rest of the state, and for observation by the government before it was deemed “necessary for sterilization”, the method of which being specifically dropping a bomb on the place in hopes of permanently destroying the monsters created by the virus, after it had begun getting too close to other neighboring towns and cities(so much for keep it properly contained..).

Elijah Aviron; Deceased - Former sergeant & head of the Homicide Unit in the West Lerwick Police Department, was undercover as a police officer while actually being a head scientist for Caelestis Inc, using the police department for access to certain cases, files, and other such things. Created his own virus and injected himself with it, lived until he was killed on August 23rd, 2006, after a large-scale fight with then-Agent Jason Baldwin and another member of the DBCR, whose name has gotten lost in the files, in Uracoa, Venezuela after his plans for killing off most of the world’s population so “only the strong could survive” had failed.
Dmitri “Borovoi” Aviron; Status Unknown - Former bartender at the Thunderhawk, which was once a bar in West Lerwick, and former West Lerwick University student before the 1989 outbreak; One of the founders of the DBCR but currently M.I.A, and assumed K.I.A, as of 10/31/2012 || Younger brother of Elijah Aviron, though their relationship was strained far before his brother’s betrayal of the WLPD was revealed & before his brother attempted to murder majority of the world’s population. Was head of the Crafters before his disappearance in 2012, and was the youngest out of all the survivors. Younger brother figure to Sabrina & Jason
Reagan Lewis - Former student at West Lerwick Community College, and younger sister of Juliette Lewis. Current job status and location unknown; LKA somewhere in southern Wisconsin. Unlike her sister and the other survivors, who have made efforts to battle bioterrorism, she mainly wants to live a normal, quiet life, away from anything and everything that reminds her of the incident
Hudson Aurelius - Former journalist for a local newspaper in West Lerwick, currently owns his own well-known news organization that works on documenting and exposing political corruption and the truth behind various incidents that were covered up, such as the incident in West Lerwick, which was disguised as a nuclear power plant having shut down and causing extremely high amounts of radiation leaking into the water supply throughout the entire city which resulted in the need for the explosion; sterilization of the entire city
Catherine Shirley - Daughter of the mayor of West Lerwick, and was only in high school during the outbreak. Youngest known survivor, and currently the head of an organization that supports countries, cities, towns, and people that survived any bioterror-related incidents named
Spectral Battalion - Description
An elite squad in the department of Bioweapon Containment & research that specializes in special operations, including stealth, information retrieval, rescue operations, and more. Callsigns for members of the Spectral Battalion are based off of supernatural creatures and the member’s ethnicity. For example, Sabrina is Japanese-American. Her callsign is Onryo, which is a type of vengeful spirit in Japanese traditional beliefs and literature that are believed to be capable of causing harm in the world of the living, injuring or killing enemies, or even causing natural disasters to exact vengeance to “redress” the wrongs it received while it was alive. They are typically depicted as wronged women who are traumatized, envious, disappointed, bitter, or just infuriated by what happened during life and exact their revenge in death. Sabrina, as a survivor of the West Lerwick Outbreak, almost didn’t make it out. In fact, she herself had been infected and was lucky enough to have gotten the (then experimental) vaccine when she did, otherwise she wouldn’t be here today. She almost turned, almost died, and because of that and because of watching the people she called friends and colleagues get infected and turn, and brutally attacked and murdered, she became vengeful and almost bitter, vowing to destroy any bioweapon, any member of Caelestis inc., and any other bioweapons manufacturer no matter the cost, whether it be her own life or soul that gets sacrificed in the process.

Like HEAVILY inspired lol.
