Ehh, I’m not as active in the DL fandom anymore. I still enjoy the series and I do keep up with DL news every now and then, but I’ve also moved on to other fandoms/interests. That’s just life. There’s always something new and better to latch onto as the years go by. d(￣ ￣)

Oh hell yeah, if anyone in America thinks the justice system is great, it’s really not. It’s broken in various ways and unsupportive of many minority groups in terms of ethnicity, social class, etc. There are many changes that I would like to see and take part in, myself!

But to answer your question, I’m not worried about losing myself. Do I hate capitalism and the way corporations run their system? Yeah. Do I want to make a change and find ways to make things better for workers and the companies they happen to work for? Absolutely. I guess it’s almost like infiltrating the system? Something like that.

What is DL Death Parade?

Saw the trailer somewhere on Instagram and then I saw the official cover art for it. Checked out the JP website but still couldn’t figure out what it truly was. Is it some sort of special seiyuu event for the DL cast? Is this a new game announcement? Drama CD series announcement? What is it? Does anyone really know?

Why do you want to become a Lawyer?

My family has been dealing with the court system for as long as I can remember. Whether an uncle landed himself in jail for abuse or a restraining order was placed against my grandfather, I was just constantly hearing what happened in the family and what crimes were done this time and I grew sick of feeling helpless and ignorant. At the age of 8, I knew that I wanted to be a lawyer because I wanted to know more about these situations. To understand how our justice system really worked. I haven’t changed my mind since the day I took my dad’s black graduation robe and a Whack-A-Mole toy mallet and dressed up as a judge for Career Day in the 3rd grade.

Also, law interested me more than medicine. I figured out long ago that I preferred writing and reading over the sciences and math. I was always a pretty good English writer and competitor for mock trial in high school and college, and I was one of those annoying kids in school that liked to prove that I was right through arguments and persuasion. Everything just kind of clicked for me as I grew up and realized that this was something I could devote myself to.

I used to be interested in criminal law but now I want to stay the hell away from it after realizing that I don’t want to be in a courthouse all day, the US prison system is problematic, and would hate to still be swimming in law school loans. Being a county public defender or starting prosecutor doesn’t pay much. Now I’m thinking of pursuing international or corporate law because I like big business settings, wouldn’t mind dipping my feet in other countries and learning about their laws (like Japan), and I need to make $$$ to pay off my law school loans that I take out so that I can financially be free and lead a stable life where I can do what I want whenever without having to worry.

Side note: Being knowledgeable in law would help me fight the political scums/dummies in our country whenever they try to pull off really stupid policies or actions. It’s also fun to utilize this knowledge as a weapon when people think they know the law better than you and/or think they understand how a court case works. Y’all have no idea how many people tried to jump on me for the Vic Mignogna case on Twitter LOL Literally spent an hour that day explaining to people what circumstantial vs physical evidence is and how it’s viewed in court and you still had bumbling idiots say, “BuT tHeRe’S nO eViDeNcE!! He’S iNnOcEnT!” Smhhhh

This is the surface level explanation of why I want to be a lawyer. Hope this answers your question!

Hello there! Hope you are having a nice day. I wanted to ask something which I have been wondering about. So Carla wants to mate with Yui to expand the Founder line. If they have children, and there are no other Founder kids, so does this mean that if Carla or Shin mate with Yui, and let’s say they have a boy and girl, would they need to mate with each other, even though they are siblings, (and goes into the whole incest thing)? I’m just curious in the whole thing, and wondering what you think.

Umm, so I see two scenarios for this. Their kids could mate with each other OR find other potential mates to carry on the Founder bloodline.

Technically, their children could mate with each other to continue on with the Founder bloodline but it may not be necessary. If they already have Founder blood, they could mate with other vampires or humans too and pass on their bloodline. It would just thin out the Founder bloodline with each coming generation. I also think that incest doesn’t seem to phase the Founders or Vampire clans so they’re pretty much okay with this? It’s nasty and weird to humans, but maybe it’s normal for them?

But to be honest, we already know that the Founder bloodline is susceptible to the virus, Endzeit. Carla has it and Karlheinz worries that this virus can mutate in the future and affect the other demon clans. It’s not really a great situation to just marry within your family members and hope for the best of your bloodline. If this is the case, it’s probably better to spread out the genetics and bloodlines of the Founder bloodline in order to ensure a better outlook for the survival of the Founders. Genetic variation is important in an environment so that individuals may adapt to it and have better odds of surviving and continuing a population. Natural selection can definitely apply in this situation.

Do you still love Ayato?

Hey Anon!

I do still love that Do-S vampire. But...surprisingly, he’s not my #1 favorite anymore? I kind of moved on to Reiji haha.

I guess tastes change as time flies by. I think I was still in high school when I made this blog and loved Ayato a lot? At that time, I could relate to Ayato the most. Now I’m in my third year of college and I really like Reiji. Maybe it’s because I can relate to him more and I’ve become a bitter adult who gets irked easily from babbling idiots who waste my time and I can’t leave to go anywhere without wearing my watch. (Kind of like how Reiji keeps his pocket watch on him from Karlheinz? Idk, we both received watches from our fathers haha)

HAHAHAAHA, imagine all the birthday parties and school events they have to show up to and when their kids are having fun away from their parents, the boys would just be ignoring/acting passive-aggressive with one another. It’s like slight jabs at one another. 

Reiji: I heard your son won a scholarship recently. I’ll have you know that my daughter won a scholarship to study abroad in America.

Ruki: Hmph, it was a full-ride scholarship to his #1 choice for a university. I won’t be stuck in loans like a certain parent. *smirks*
