First sketch of the year... I think I found a temporary distractive obsession

All of our LIs know how to do horseback riding but all for different reasons

Felix was required to learn it as a wealthy people skill as a child. He knows the basics but if the horse decides to have its own will he'll be off of it's back in the blink of an eye. That's why if he has the choice he would rather stay off of it in the first place

Anisa learned it as part of her knighthood training. It was obligatory. She is a little stiff about it, but trying her best.

Sage did it for fun. Back in Althtal, spontaneously on a sunny Tuesday afternoon. He can handle any wild horse with ease. His skill is more of the natural kind (and involved a lot of trial and error)

Continuation of Balsam thoughts (headcanons)

He's shorter than Sage, and more stocky. When Sage is 188 then he is 178ish, his shoulders are wider and he gained muscles, making him less agile (the potion helped overcome that)

He's younger by a few years. When Sage is 32, Balsam is 29, short to turning 30.

He's very confident in his looks, and can be quite charming, especially with his bed head in the morning.

Sage tried headbutting him once. He thought it would catch Balsam off guard. It did. But the backlash still hit Sage harder than it hit Bal

He can cook. Maybe not star chef level but well enough to be served to a bunch of hungry ruffians. His preference, vegetarian meals, isn't something he's able to keep to with the Griefers. Same when he was living with Sage.

He doesn't like swimming. But he can keep his head above the water. He was pretty anxious about sailing to Porrima, not trusting the ship

He's muscle for hire, usually helping at the docks or keeping people save as an escort

With Lucan and Sage out of the picture he became the spokesperson of the Griefers. He didn't like the position falling onto him, not feeling like a fitting leader

Bal was the most reasonable out of the Griefer-trio. Not because he tried, but because it was easy with the bar so low. Bal was usually talked with making people acquainted with the "unwritten rules" behind keeping peace with the sunstone knights.

Sage and Bal only met in Porrima. They bonded over their shared home, the similar situation and their common goal for a better life in Porrima.

When Sage told Balsam about Tulsi and how he wanted to keep her out of trouble the bull-man made no move to object. The griefers were a taboo topic whenever she was around. He got to know her well enough, greatly admiring her ability to beat sense into Sage.

While he may have not sought out friendly contact with her beyond a few jobs for weapons, even while Sage was away for five years there was some unwritten rule for the Griefers that Tulsi's shop was taboo. Why? Because their leader said so. End of discussion.

The realisation that today it's been 1.386 days since the last Last Legacy chapter ...

Continuing from here my OC lore no one needs to know

✔️ Vasilisa has a large limited Ayanna figurine that her followers have collected money for, knowing it would take her too long to save up enough in the short timespan it was available

✔️hasn't been with anyone beyond 2 dates

✔️ has a cat, Duke, a spoiled fat white Persian

✔️ has a good relationship to her family, especially her step dad. He got her into boxing to spend time together

✔️ actually a good instructor (part-time)

✔️ a bit of a neat freak

✔️can hold her liquor, never drinks excessively

✔️loves cooking. She had Felix stock up the kitchen to make sure he doesn't survive only on pickles and olives

✔️100% supports Tulsi's swordchuck-idea

✔️really looked forward to learning sword fighting from Sage or Anisa, maybe even on the sunstone order training grounds, Annie refused, Sage bristled at the idea alone

✔️begged Felix to ask Escell to help send her hom. She trusts him out of spite, to test him

Usually a necromancer has control over the subjects he revives, yes?

So what if it's part of the deal and the main reason why Escell grovels to the Lord of shadows? So that LoS doesn't assert his control over Felix. Since Felix was revived by him maybe some of LoS's magic stayed inside Fe.

Maybe that's how during the ritual the Lord of shadows was able to pull him self back, using "his own magic" via some kind of distance control thingy

And since Felix was the one who "revived" our MC and Rime, maybe that gave LoS also some second hand control over the two of them?

Maybe that is actually the reason why Rime listens to LoS, because we see that he does so somewhat begrudgingly. That might be the fate Felix has doomed him to unknowingly.

So maybe... technically... in one of the ending big boss fights... LoS could have used one of his three pawns to attack their own.

Making Rime attack Felix after he was back on our side, neither of them able to stop what was happening. Or making them both attack their friends in a sick twisted "at last you stand united again~" type of way (breaking them)

Showing Sage that he is powerless if the enemy he has to face (once again) is one of the closest people he had left. Once again it's LoS's fault, forcing him for the third time to raise his blade against someone he loves (breaking him)

Except for Anisa... if he truly does do all that world domination stuff for her, I don't think he'll use us against her... that's why it's sad we only got to see less than half of her route

Sage knows Elowen from when they met at mournfall. Which was the only time they met.

but elowen has only been looking for sage for three years.

So she for sure must have gotten the info that sage was involved in the tragedy later on when she had been visiting the Griefers in memory of her brother.

(I only now noticed how little attention I paid to everything that wasn't Felix or Rime related)

Just wanted to point out the following while replaying sages route

The anguis street cakes are very very spicy to which I wonder

- if that was an anguis choice,

- an homage to escell being a jerk,

- a portrayal meant to symbolize the anguis family drama with the soup/wine

-or if house anguis simply wasn't particularly popular

Meanwhile the varela cakes were likely sweet, given child sage over-ate them when the vendor left some for the street urchins

which makes me wonder if that's got to do with many ilephta urchins in particular (non-canon), given that varela is the only ilephtan high house in Porrima. Maybe Rime's family, or at least their reputation didn't suck that much, since we know nothing about them, except that they were rich and religious if I remember correctly

Currently very obsessed with Call of Duty characters, (specifically Nikto, König, Keegan and Soap) despite never having played it... it's kind of embarrassing but now I've come to understand what can be attractive about men in gear... 👁️👁️

I think actually playing the games I won't be able to keep up with the pace and will be left an overwhelmed failure

Soap loves spooning, curling himself around you will have him asleep in 5 minutes, face tucked into the crook of your neck and he always insists and tangling his legs with yours, so he can’t tell where he starts and you begin, all he knows is your warm in his arms, comforting as you gently caress the hand holding your stomach

Gaz prefers when your curled up on his lap, legs thrown over his and head resting on his chest as you either read or watch whatever he has going, asking silly questions as you take one of his hands, lacing your fingers together as you snuggle deeper into him, his arms tightening around you as he rests his chin on your head

Ghost will lay on you. Straight up, if you are not careful this man will simply just drop all his body weight on top of you, pretending to snore and fight a smile at your giggles and weak attempts to push him off, only to bury your fingers in his hair and pull him close, letting him crush you until eventually he rolls off, bringing you with him and into his arms

Price will slip between your legs and rest his head on your chest and it only takes a few blinks before this man is out. Big strong Price falling asleep with his head on your chest, fingers running through his hair as you go back to watching whatever, fingers brushing his cheek. Watching the wrinkle of stress between his brows disappear as he snores, happy to be asleep on his pretty

Spontaneous headcanons

After joining sides with the LoS Balsam became paranoid and easily startled, since under the influence of so much evil magic his friends and mates started turning against each ruthlessly in their chase for power... so you should try to approach him cautiously, when you come to visit him unannounced. No surprise attacks, no sneaking up on him or anything like that. Or else you might accidentally get hurt. It would be all survival instinct and no thought. And he would feel terrible about it. even if he'd try to mask it with grumpiness

He has trouble sleeping. The demons of the past and present are keeping him up and on his guard. Which is why he turned into a sleepover kind of guy when he warmed up to MC. They are harmless. And they keep saying that they got his back. It's been a while since he had someone like that. So MC tries to crash at balsams place with any kind of excuse if they notice that the bags under his eyes are getting deeper and darker. Until it turns into a habit.

He loves making kids happy. There's something about their smile that reminds him of his old self and how much he wished for someone to just... take his hand and take him in... and keep him fed and warm and cared for... and it's sad to see how well the kids of the docks react to even a tiny bit of kindness. but Bal knows not to be too trusting, because he knew that he himself was a piece of work. He doesn't spoil them, but he is kinder than most. In return the kids in the neighbourhood know not to push him or test him. And they keep each other in check to not get on balsams bad side. There are even some street urchins that know Balsam so well that they come by every now and then to help him out when he has honest work. He appreciated it. But when things got tougher and the Griefers got pulled deeper and deeper into shit, from one day to the next he shut those kids out. To keep them out of trouble.

I love my babies and you cannot tear them from my cold dead fingers. Sha would give a best of typical-Sage moments with a top 3 most embarassing incidents. Just to prepare Vasilisa for the worst that might come

Also... Balsam never died and chapter 4 of Sages route never happened. they are all happy and support each other instead of going to therapy. Who needs therapy anyway with Sha's skills at begging Scylla for free drinks

... that might be a newbie question since I'm relatively new to jjk but...

Inumaki can order people to do things with the fitting imperative. Can that also be applied to questions in general? Like, if he gave the order 'answer' or just posed a question, because it usually goes without saying that one does expect an answer, would the other party have to answer; forcefully, truthfully, that is?

Wouldn't that make him and incredibly valuable asset when it came to interrogations and questioning? He would be able to hide the symbols on his cheeks with makeup and just walk into the room, ask two questions and be done with it?

Sure it would be hard if he was talking to powerful dangerous criminals whoms c.e. levels are way higher than his, but against non-sorcerers it would be so easy, it would make the whole questioning process before his arrival look ridiculous.
