reflecting is strange

It's strange that a year ago, I was preparing to go abroad. So strange how so much can change in a year. Thoughts, opinions, mindsets (I suppose those are all the same thing). I wish I could redo it. Have done it better. Have been happier and taken advantage of all that I had in my grasp. But what's done is done and the only thing left to do is learn from it.

Dinner at l'edito last night

today's lunch at La Chouette Café. Had a caesar salad, galette, and crepe with sugar. the cider was delicioussss. then Corey, Richard, and Nabil talked about books and movies for forever.

Both yesterday and today, Corey and I were going to go get food - yesterday we were going to My Wok but they weren't ready yet so we took a stroll and today I wanted to get snacks and sushi but everything was also still closed and we ended up walking the same exact path with the same answers and stops. Just thought it was wicked funny.
