I never thought, that as a psychologist, I’d have to wear a mask to work everyday. But here we are. Despite how surreal and scary our new normal is, I am full of gratitude that I get to keep serving others during this crisis. At the end of a draining shift, it makes me so happy to listen to @taylorswift and come home to my #swiftie fam.
I’m immensely grateful to all the helpers who are working tirelessly to provide, serve, protect, and give generously to those in need. An extra big thanks to all healthcare providers, grocery store clerks, police officers, emergency personnel, pharmacists, and restaurant delivery drivers. We can only get through this if we support, encourage, and protect one another by staying home and staying healthy. Donate emergency supplies, food, and to those in need if you are able. 💕 💕 💕 💕
