South-African Diaper Lover

I'm a 25 year old straight diaper lover from South-Africa. I've been a DL for longer than I knew what to call it. Discovered the existence of the ABDL community around age 12 and bought my first pack of adult disposables at 17. Nowadays I wear as and when I please (mostly). Oh and yeah, I both wet and poo in my nappies.

One of my all-time favourite videos. I saw it for the first time on DPRTube (when that was still a thing). I can’t recall the original uploader/owner’s name, but I’m glad I found it. There were another one or two similar to this, but no luck finding them.

Be Proud to be ABDL

This “Curse” is a blessing.

I don’t want anyone to ever think that being an ABDL is a curse. As I write this I am with my family, most of which have no idea, but I can’t help but be grateful that I like the things I do.

Being into ABDL has taught me a lot - both about myself and about other people. When you think about all the things you could be into, ABDL is actually pretty unique and comes with a lot of positives.

Don’t ever sell yourself short. Just because you have some “different” desires doesn’t mean you’re any less “human” or any less “normal”. Normal is boring. Normal is predictable.

ABDL adds a dynamic most won’t ever encounter, and those that do encounter it can embrace it and make it their own. Be proud to be ABDL - quietly. Embrace it. It’s your life. You only get one.
