I absolutely adore the drama Confession but i felt really let down by the fact that Choi Do Hyun's heart issues didn't cause more whump during. After the episode where he had a relapse I thought it was going to be a major plot point and he would be putting himself at risk from overworking to prove his father's innocence. But no, it never came up again.
