So often we get stuck in this story of “what’s wrong with me therefore I cant do anything right” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Shit happens to all of us, I get that but when we get stuck in these disempowering stories. We give away our power. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So Instead What if you focused on what empowers you?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What nourishes you?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What Expands you?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And Accepted and forgave the rest. Because this is when our energy starts to Rise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we feel like we can’t trust ourselves, believe in ourselves or get stuck in the ‘what am i doing wrong’ story?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ we really are creating resistance towards how we see ourselves. This is what creates self-sabotage. we continue to feed the fear and give pain a purpose. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And in doing that, we lower our energy, lower our standards and inevitably attract resistance into our life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So Ask Yourself: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do I trust myself? Do I believe in myself? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do I believe in my power?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we learn to trust and believe in ourselves with absolute knowing, we can achieve anything. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we choose to empower our vibrations, we align with the Flow we often crave. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we choose to empower our vibrations, we Expand our Worth and Elevate ourselves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As we choose to Trust in the Divinity within ourselves.
