So I started this page because a long time ago a seed was planted in my heart- the desire to write. A few months later, this idea, the diary of a lover was sprung. It was an idea given as a beautiful gift, delicately wrapped, yet terrifying. Honesty, vulnerability, joy- these will show some of the songs of my heart. I feel as though I've stopped watering that seed- so here we are. Miracle grow and watering can in hand. My soul will not be lain bare, but I will share parts of my heart. Sometimes they will look like journal entries, others prayers, frustrations, dreams. I just hope to bring a little hope. We live in a beautiful world.

There is something about Joy that releases us to have peace during times when it doesn't make sense. It is a strength that is not our own, something so much greater. It helps us love when it hurts, forgive when we don't want to and laugh when we're scared. It reminds us that there is something bigger, something so much more than just you and me.....isn't that exciting?!
