Duโa for making the Quran a dispenser of your stress, worry, grief, sorrow, and anxiety
Rasoolullah (แนฃall Allahu สฟalayhi wa-โฤlihi wa-sallam) said,
Whoever was afflicted with grief and distress and says (see duโa below), Allah, the Exalted and Ever-Majestic, will remove his grief and will change his sorrow into happiness.
It was said, โO Messenger of Allah! (Do) we have to learn these words?โ
He (salAllahu โalayhi wa sallam) said, โYes, whoever hears them should learn them.โ

Translation: O Allaah, I am Your maidservant, daughter of Your slave, daughter of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. You command over me is forever executed and Your decree over me is Just. I ask You by every name belonging to You which You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You have taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that: You make the Qurโan the life (spring) of my heart and the light of my chest, the remover of my sorrow (sadness) and a reliever for my anxiety (worries) and pain.
