I AIN’T PLAYING THIS DECEMBER

Goal for December 31st : -15 lbs/7kg

• fasting 24h on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays

• 800cals max on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

• HIIT Cardio Workout at least 5 times a week and regular 20 min full body workout everyday

• 5 joker days allowed for the whole month (no workout or higher calorie intake)

i’m telling you right now i don’t care about xmas, i don’t care people are gonna stuff themselves, NOBODY gonna make me fat this year— this MY YEAR and 2025 is about to be the skinniest year i ever seen
