had my ed since i was 14 and it’s been rlly on & off lol

i’m pro recovery this disorder is a fucking pain in the ass and will fuck u up so if ur in recovery, thinking about recovery or if u think u may be developing an ed, please block don’t report and try to seek help if u can, this disorder will take over ur life and not in a good way.

breakfast - 2 rice cakes with avo & salami

lunch - cucumber and tuna (i ended up crying in the shower and purg!ng this lol)

dinner - wrap with ham, cucumber, avo and pickles & sweet chilli & sour cream chips
