My rabbit has been rubbing her chin on things really hard whenever she’s out of her cage, like the area above her dewlap but below her head. It doesn’t look like she has an injury there or anything, but she doesn’t like to be touched a lot, so I can’t get a closer look. Do you think this indicates anything bad?

She’s just fine! This is a perfectly normal behavior called chinning. Rabbits have a scent gland under her chin and use it to mark their territory. Even fixed rabbits will do this, but not as frequently as those who haven’t been fixed yet.

So I have a rabbit, and she had a large condo type enclosure in my room, but she has a hard time going from the second floor to the first, there is a step there but do you have any tips on how to help her come down? By the way my actual bunny blog is clarythebunbun but tumblr and such. Any help is much appreciated!

Sure! She might be afraid of the step, so if you can put a ramp over it that might make things easier for her. She also might find it to be too slippery, so you could put a towel on it. If it’s a fear thing, you could also try giving her a treat every time she successfully comes back down to the first floor. Hope that helps!
