It a moment or two for Rei to process exactly what was happening here. She tried to mentally go over what information she had gained. A large yellow talking fox emerged from her computer. It said her name was Renamon. It gave her a strange device. It claimed to be her partner, willing to protect and stay by her side. There are more people in the world like Rei called ‘Tamers’.

“—-I see…and I assume digivolving allows you to become stronger as well. Are you able to…engage in battle?” The secretary asked.

“That is correct. And yes I am very adept in battle situations; and when I can’t defeat my opponent I can digivolve to become stronger and then defeat them.” she replies.

“I digivolve into Kyubimon, and further into Taomon. Each digivolution has unique abilities and a higher level of strength.”

Infermon had been transported into the dream bubbles and popped out of the computer while Dariana wasn't looking, he crawled up behind her, silently, and prodded her gently, with a foot

He chuckles “Sorry, sorry. How have you been Dariana?”

"I’m a digimon, a digital monster. I came through your computer. I’m your Digimon. I will assist you in tasks, protect you, keep you company, things like that. A tamer is a human who has a digimon companion." she explained, picking up the device and holding it out to Rei

"This is yours. Its proof that you are a Digimon tamer. When you are in danger that will allow me to get stronger and protect you." she knelt like a knight in service to a king or queen 

"I am Renamon, it is a pleasure to meet you Hououmaru Rei."

The secretary wasn’t sure what she should be reacting to first. This fox-like creature - this digimon - was meant to be her companion? Assist and protect her? Protect her from what? Questions like these raced through her mind as she attempted to analyzed the situation.

But interestingly enough, what probably surprised her most was the fact someone was kneeling to her, and not the other way around.

"—-Y-You needn’t do that."

"—-‘Renamon’ you said your name was…what…does this device do?” She asked carefully taking the contraption out of the digimon’s paws.

Now calm again, she landed safely on the ground and set him down “Thank you.” She smiled cheerfully

"That creature you saw is called Kawagamon, a dangerous digimon. There are some digimon who want to rule the digital world, and if the digital world were to fall into their hands, this world would go out of balance, causing chaos in your world." she explained

"I am sorry for being rough with you but I needed you to realize the seriousness of the situation."

He stared at her for a moment, before sighing, rubbing his head. “Alright.. But I don’t see what I can do to.. save the digiworld.” He said, as he peered at her a bit more carefully. So she had the appearance of an angel but.. What was she, really? Digital data..? Could she die..? He was fairly certain she could hurt him, based on his earlier rollercoaster ride through the skies.

"With your help and that digivice along with the crest that is somewhere in this world, I can digivolve and get strong enough to defeat the digimon seeking to take over. People like you, Digidestined, are able to cause digimon like myself to digivolve." she explained

"When I need to digivolve to protect you, and our hearts have the same desire, whatever that may be, the digivice will alter my data automatically, allowing me to digivolve. Of course, that only can happen if we have your crest. The digivice can also serve as a crude map and tracing system, as well as a communication device between you and I once you return to the physical world." He replied with a small smile, happy to answer his partner’s questions

"As for what th crests look like they are like gold pendants on necklaces, each crest has a unique pattern on it which tells you what crest it is. Using your Digivice you can track where your crest may be, much like a radar system. Once found you will know it is your crest because it will glow brightly."

"I see…" That seemed to cover all the questions Houka had and it didn’t seem like he was trapped here, so that was an instant plus. "Well in that case…" Houka began pushing the limited amount of buttons he could on the Digivice and pretty soon he managed to trace the location of this crest thing. At least that’s what he thought he did, the Digivice was actually rather confusing for such a small object.

"If I’ve done this correctly, this thing is telling me the crest I’m looking for is south from our current location. I suppose we should head in that direction," Keeping the device firmly held in hand, Inumuta began walking south.

"At least we know in what direction it is. Otherwise we would have to wander about to find it. It still may take days, the digital world is vast, and there are many bad digimon. Some attack without question."

Ragyo’s computer monitor would flash random binary code and an egg shape expanded outward, before landing on the floor beside the Revocs queen. A few moments later, it would disappear in a flash or red light, and standing there would be a woman.

"Finally! The physical world!" she would let out a maniacal laugh  "Finally The universe will be mine! Now I just have to find my partner and no one will stand in our way!"

"Interesting how something like this were to occur.." Ragyo mused while sitting back in her chair. Not really all that phased with how she came about. Not the first time, something like this occur nor the last. It was then that she tilted her head. Chuckling to herself. Shaking her head.

"I am afraid this one is mine already. Along with many others. Do take a seat while I explain this in slower detail.." Ragyo noted towards the digimon while motioning her towards anywhere she wishes to make herself comfortable. Not that she has a choice in the matter.

"If I wanted this universe I would have had it long before you were born. Really the physical world is of no interest to me." The REVOCs queen would feel something in her dress pocket, if she were to look it would look like something very simple, similar to a pokedex from the pokemon world.

"I need a partner from this world, and their crest. With my partner and the crest I can take my universe with no resistance. not even the digidestined could stand against me."

"It is not a joke! There are no cameras and this is a serious issue!" the wings on her back flaired in her displeasure

"I have tried to be kind and gentle to help you adapt to the current situation but it seems that You will only understand if I show you."she hifted him into her arms and flew high into the sky, below were no cities, only forest, and fields 

"If you still believe this to be a joke then maybe you think there’s a net down there if I were to drop you. Wake up and smell the roses, This is real. Nothing here is like you think it is." a massive red beetle flew by, it was larger than an airliner.

Rivon’s eyes bulged out as she began to fly him upwards, wanting to kick his feet but afraid he would upset her flight if he were to do so, as he stared down at the rapidly lifting away ground, his throat suddenly dry. Forests like these weren’t uncommon back where he came from but. For it to extend miles and miles like this wasn’t. 

"Alright, alright, I believe you!" He squeaked, as his eyes widened at the sight of the beetle. No way was he still in his own universe then.

"I know you’re frightened and confused, but please try to remain calm. I will explain everything" she said, a kind smile on her face

"I’m Angewomon, A digimon, and this is the Digital world. The digital world is a world inside all electronics, and is connected to your world, the physical world. If the digital world is destroyed your world will be as well, so when it is in danger, the system selects humans and brings them here to meet their digimon partner. Together a human and their digimon partner grow stronger and attempt to bring balance to the digital world, thus saving both the digital and physical world." she explained

"In your pocket you should find a device, that device along with the crest that you embody will allow me to digivolve and become stronger. After I am able to do that, We can bring balance to the digital world, and save the universe. Do you understand?"

"Uhm, wait now." He said, holding a finger up, as he dug in his pocket, bringing out the digivice. "You’re telling me. That you’re an angel. And i’m in a digital world, and that I have to save this place to save my world." He said, staring at her.

"I think you have the wrong guy for the job. Can I go now..? This is a nifty joke too, by the way." He said, as he tossed the digivice to her feet, shaking his head.

"So, You’re my tamer then?" it said in a female voice

"—-I-I’m your what?” Rei leaned back in her chair in shock. This creature…this creature just popped out of the screen! Her eyes moved back towards the desk where she spotted the odd device.

"—-What exactly are you? How did you get here?” She questioned as her hand slowly moved towards the security button on the underside of the desk.

❝ I hope you’re not patronizing me, but… thank you for the compliment. ❞ She takes his hand in return, and shakes it. Couldn’t help but noticed the size different, he basically towered over her. Size didn’t always mean strength, but this Digimon sure seemed to give off a lot of power, an air of it basically radiating. 

Blushing, she brushed a stray strand of hair behind her ear. ❝ You really think so? Thank you… I’ll do my very best to fight with you. ❞  Ren blinks, and lowers her hand, ❝ Really? I’ve never ridden on one before. ❞ She would follow after him, if he made his way out.

❝ What exactly is a crest, then? What determines it, and why don’t I have it already, like the Digivice? ❞

"Y'know... I don't actually know. I think its like a trail or somethin to see if we can actually defeat the evil digimon that wanna take over the universe." he said

"And yeah, I have a bike. It's parked outside." he chuckled
