Just rewatched all of Adventure 01 and 02- I still love them so much, had a great time, saw a lot more foreshadowing than I did when I was little that enhanced the series so much, love all the characters, arcs, villains, design and world building ❤️❤️❤️

Then I started catching up on movies! Watched all of Tri, it was pretty good! The first episode blew me away, then when the plot settled in and it became all ‘will they won’t they’ about Meicoomon and it turned out free will on the situation was an illusion they lost me a little. Digimon’s about hope, and ripping it away over and over to ‘build suspense and conflict’ didn’t work as well as I think they were going for? Still a good watch, enjoyed the new digivolution animations IMMENSELY 👍

Listened to the CD dramas since someone uploaded them on YouTube! Those were super cute and I like how they set up the flash forward the ending of 02 showed!

Last. Evolution. Kizuna. Fuck that. Fuck all of that. That was not necessary. That spit on canon and the timeline and the characters.
