How many of us can relate to this , is also a learning ..

The sooner we can 'learn' to contend with it the better ..

.. so many suggestions .. so many ideas and thoughts .. from all over .. and the mind and body can only take that much and no more ..

which is why the 'suno sabki ; karo apne man ki ' ..

सुनो सबकी ; करो अपने मन की ..

बातें और आवाज़, सब तरफ़ से कितना बढ़ गया है ; और हम जो पुराने ज़माने के लोग हैं, यूकी समझ में नहीं आता । हमारे जमाने में समय बहुत होता था , ठहराओ होता था ; अब तो सोचने का भी वक़्त नहीं मिलता । और सोच के करेंगे क्या ? जब तक आप सोच रहे हैं, एक हज़ार और सोच चल पड़ेंगे , और सब के सब कुछ न कुछ मायने रखते हुए । किसे स्वीकृत करें और किसे नहीं ।

when there is time .. the time to wonder and think rises .. the multiple visions and sounds and impressions that one encounters now , tests the upstairs tank to such an extent that at any given time a million thoughts are running simultaneously .. and by the time one is accomplished the next has been overlooked or forgotten ..

so now the gadgetry that is designed carries these improbables and finds space to fill in the blanks so to say in the technological inventions that spring up every month ..

every possible problem or deficiency has a tech solution .. and its dependency increases with each monthly invention .. keeping up with it needs a new smarter invention .. and getting to operate it has solution technology ..

aaahhhhh .. !!!

and if its worn during the siesta .. it shall keep reminding you of when you need to get up and stand, for, you have been immovable for a certain period of time ..

share this with someone and they are not surprised at all .. AT ALL .. and that is the worrying part ..

why are they not in the same surprise as I am ..

and I presume there shall be a tech response to that as well ..

made umpteen efforts to load pictures from the desktop like before .. but when I go to the sign to upload , the pictures are not on the desktop .. STRANGE

.. when work calls , it calls for attention and presence .. for committed time lines to be accomplished .. and the acceptance at the end of it all ..

'job done' is and was a phrase one picked up from the land beyond shores .. it completed every aspect of the nature and circumstance needed to reflect a given situation in its 'done' avatar ..

.. but on the side of its completion comes the reflect .. was it done to its best .. was it delivered to its best .. shall it be accepted as its best ..

.. and troubled by such, the mind in its restless reform urges the need to better it again .. and perhaps again .. to its required objective in satisfaction ..

'job done' a couple of days back .. but troubled by its space and need for improvement brings the sleeping soul back to the desk of the most desired instrument of the times .. the one that embraces such, right now ..

it be a normal trend to receive praise and a definiteness of appreciation, from the 'others' ( ah ! we dwell on the word again ) .. the self notwithstanding, belies your receptive honour ..

honour be such that it be within the ambit of your own .. the image seen in the laterally inverted image on mirror .. twisted for some in convenience .. straightforward for others .. neglecting the other could give an arrogance of attitude .. your own silent assessment may be advised for personal perfection .. though 'perfection' be not accepted - who are we to give guidance and acknowledge to such .. it would reek of self contained imagery , often undeserved ..

be within .. be in your own .. just be ..

hahahaha .. 🤣 .. an anomaly, an aberration that contains no purity at all ...

be what .. ?

BE .. the most easiest of expressions that have no expression at all .. a convenience to cover the deed requiring acceptance in general .. one that at times defeats morality and receipt ..

.. i retired early accepting the oft given plea for the 7-8 hr slumber .. but slumbered by wake calls , returned to the LT .. to reflect .. to clear the chest and head .. to invite mr,ms,mrs Slumber to a number atop this daily DAY ..

.. the apprehension continues .. will it won't it .. what if it is rejected and asked to redo or destroy it .. creativity be damned, they wish it to be the way they would want the creativity ..

creativity is but a personal individual mind , without any inputs or outputs from others .. the 'other' has an inexhaustible, unbounded presence in the lives of the living .. a gentle small word, bringing with it an entire World of expressions and interpretations .. some most relevant and perhaps not understandable , but there all the same ..

in the World of today .. nothing seems to be finite .. bounded or terminable .. say it and a million options shall spring forth .. almost in unison ..

has the World then expanded since the last time we measured .. or has it shrunk to its limited limitations , giving opportunities of a window that needs to be opened and allowed the frequency of the air in its freshness to bind you in its enveloped portents .. so welcomed and desired .. despite its ulterior motifs ..

.. the 'i' that has acted as a deterrent for most writers .. has for long been replaced with the 'whys' .. and that is being bounded by time and place and situation .. which quite inadvertently harbour change ..

what then and the wherefore of the for ..

it has remained a mystery and shall ever be so ..

then it questions , what mystery .. why mystery .. who in mystery ..

.. there be no answers ..

The midnight mass at the Church on 24th-25th such vivid memories of the times spent in Calcutta during those years before the advent of Cinema fortune ..

The hymns sung the nostalgia of prayers and expectant celebration .. all with such grace and divinity ..
