New case reported in Argentina!: at Escuela Normal Mariano Moreno No. 40 in San Cristóbal, Santa Fe Province, a 15-year-old perpetrator who reportedly suffered bullying brought a shotgun hidden inside a guitar case and left a toll of one 13-year-old student killed and at least eight people injured :)
