I went on a bit of a book-buying spree today and one of the books I bought was 'The Heartstopper Yearbook' and I found this! My inner Merlin fan can't cope with this. The fact that Charlie is Merlin and he has a crown! (Alice is a shipper of Merthur, as she acknowledged in 'Solitare'). I actually really like this picture.

Also, Alice could have totally drawn Tori as Morgana. Morgana is a fuck-ass, slay queen and I love her (and her dresses and her accent, and not her death).

I remember when I posted a picture on Snapchat that made it look like I was sat on a ledge by some train tracks. It was the first time that most of the people that I had gone to school with for about 4 years actually messaged me. Not because they cared, but because they wanted to make sure that they reflected positively in my actions.

That they were absolved from the guilt that they probably wouldn't have even felt if I had actually been sat there.

Because after four years, I was only important to them when I looked sad and isolated.

I remember another time, when we had in a guest speaker, and I built up every little bit of courage I had to stand up and say that I felt that most people in our year group disliked me.

I remember feeling sick, before, during and after.

And I remember a few people, people that had never payed me the time of day, coming up to talk to me. Like they'd never noticed my isolation, like they didn't know that somebody had made a hateful Instagram account about me and my friend, like people hadn't made fun of a nickname that my dad had gave me so much that I changed my Instagram handle.

Because they wanted that guilt gone. That miniscule piece they felt when I said my piece.

Not for me, but for them.

And I still think about those moments, from over 5 years ago, because they carried through into college and to university, because I felt that I wasn't valued by my peers unless I made them look at me.

Because they weren't looking at any other time.

I was too quiet for that.

RAT DAD GHOST!!! HE HAS MANY RATS THEY’RE HIS FAMILY!!!

Phillip: absolute trouble maker, will escape and will cause chaos. Has to be separated from the group sometimes because he will start fights.

Gregory: Polite and gentle young lad, loves his berries. Ghost tends to let first time rat handlers hold him first to get a feel as Gregory isn’t fussy.

Ivo: Most skittish but over all nice. Never bites, will go bald soon.

Toms: most energetic and curious rat, is usually the one scrapping with Phillip. Fussy eater, might bite of feeling moody. But on a good day, very happy to get pets and to be held. Might run away if too excited.

I love them. So much.
