That kitten actually has Cerebellar Hypoplasia AKA wobbly head/bobble head and some walk like a drunken sailor. It doesn’t hurt them or shorten their life span at all, and its been found that these “drunken” cats don’t even realize that they’re different, they just think everyone else is drunk like them!
