as much as the girl bounced around campus with her camera, bright smile on her face and making friends everywhere she went, hallie had actually never been on a proper date. of course, she’d been on the classic awkward middle school “date” to the mall, but never one where she’d been formally asked. the brunette quite enjoyed the date, as awkward and a bit uncomfortable as it was, she still found herself blushing once they made it to her doorstep. “you, uh, want to kiss me?” hallie repeated, mostly to herself – tucking a stray piece of hair behind her ear. “y-yeah, sure. go ahead.”
head tilts slightly , lips teasing a toothy smile . nervousness flows through his veins as it always did with choi jaeho , glittering eyes and rock and to and fro on heels as he thought , should i ? he doesn’t even realize he’s licking his lips , focused on every word that came from her mouth as the man couldn’t help but wonder , was hallie just as scared as he was ? soft palms raise to cup her cheeks , but that tiny moment of hesitation , that second to breathe as his thumb lightly ran across her lips , makes him look towards the ground . butterflies nearly consume jae , shyness radiating off of him as he pouted . he doesn’t know why it was so HARD for him to do things like this , doesn’t want his hesitation to be the reason why he didn’t have at least one nice part of his night . and so he breathes , sucks up the courage and presses lips against hers quickly .
