"Ahhh! Listening to all the older Vocaloids sing is so great, right?"
"I hope someday I can be as good of a singer as some of them! Teacher says I need to keep practicing…"

Laughing and nodding her head, Gumi smiles brightly down at the little girl, "I guess you're right but yes, I know how to do long division. If you have any papers or anything then I could help you with it."
Though, to be honest, Gumi wasn't even an adult herself. Being only 16, she wasn't exactly sure what 'adult test' the little girl spoke of.. That is, except college exams and all. But, despite this fact, she knows that someone such as a young child would think she looks older than she actually is. Especially when the little one doesn't know her actual age.
"I have a few notes, but otherwise… Not much." Yuki grimaced, and began to go through her backpack.
"Gimme a sec."
She uncovered a lunch bag, a stray apple, a pencil bag that was a bit ripped at the seam, a ruler, a few erasers, a notebook of doodles and song ideas, an abundance of crumpled up pages, and a suspicious looking greenish rock. Yuki began to uncrumple some of the papers, trying to figure out which one was her notes.
Finally, she let out a triumphant yelp. "This is it! I've got my notes, ye-hah!"

To say that and not break down probably took a bit of effort. Though, he had been living on his own for already about…… five, six years, was it? At least he had some help. Hm, maybe he should bring them over here to talk to this girl. Kaai Yuki, was it? Maybe they’ll like her.
" And that’s the reason why I’m not in school! "
A fake plastered smile, in a joyful tone as well. Before he just shook his head. Idiotic, stupidity, he was being and already was. Stop that.
"Ooookay. Ookay."
Clearly, she didn't get it. After all-- was a little girl expected to hold up the same expectations of vocabulary as the older generation was? For a child that lived that way, of course it was natural to know that word as though it was emblazoned on their skin, but Yuki wasn't like that. She came from a warm home, was told she could become anything, was praised when she did well and scolded when she messed up, but was always forgiven.
"You should still come to school, though! It's fun, sometimes! Except for math."
She smiled, somewhat uncomfortably. Even a young student could be unnerved at such a bizarre smile of the older boy before her.
"So what's your name, then? They'll need to say that at attendance."
"Almost to thirty followers! Yay!"
Saku listened closely to the young girl, trying to think of a way to help her.
"Rocks?" She asked, tilting her head to the side before nodding. "Yes yes! Come with me." Her voice is still soft like it normally is but has a bit of a energetic tone to it yet she still seemed shy.
The Pink Vocaloid led the small girl to the royal garden at the castle. “There is a bunch of really cool rocks here. We even have a rock garden but Miku-san doesnt like rock gardens much…”
"Big sis is gonna help!" Yuki charged after the older girl.
"You're right, right-right-right! Lots of fun rocks, huh?" The student dropped down to her knees, immediately beginning to dig for any kind of brightly colored pebbles. "Class starts in half an hour. Hopefully, I'm not gonna be late… That'd make Teacher mad, too! There's lots of things that'll make Teacher mad, hmph."
She pouted slightly, but the sour expression quickly dissolved into grim determination as her small hands dug into the various rocks. Yuki examined each of them for a few seconds before dropping it and looking again. Occasionally, she'd find one to her liking, exclaim that it was 'pretty good,' and set it aside.
Green hues watch the other as she listens to what the other wants. Blinking once or twice, a smile forms before she moves over to the desk the other stands at, “Of course I’ll help you… Though, don’t you think it’s a little late to be asking for help?”
To be honest, Gumi isn’t sure if she’ll be able to help the other in such short of a time.
"Bwahh! We're wasting time by just talking about how late it is!"
She wiggled a tiny finger. It would have been more intimidating had it not been a little girl with her hair tied into pigtails.
"You know 'bout long division, right? I think that's on the test to become an adult. You have to know how to divide long things."
Yuki's face was quite solemn. The 'test to become an adult' was clearly a big deal.
Light chuckling turns into heavy laughing. Was that really all this was about—? Little ones are quite strange! But he understand the desperation for needing to get better.
“Sure! I’ll help you.” He says after he calmed himself down.
"I’m SeeWu, by the way. What’s your name? —Oh, and what are you learning?"
"SeeWu! That's a funny name!"
She beamed, showing off pearly baby teeth. What a surprise, that someone had actually seen her hastily written posters! --Written in red crayon on notebook paper, requesting help in sloppy characters, not impressive at all. But this SeeWu seemed to have a big enough smile, and that was all that mattered to a little girl.
"Long division! It's super yucky! Math is so boring, especially compared to singing. That's my favorite part of school. But I still gotta do math, like Teacher says."
She paused for a second, then her eyes lit up.
"Kaai Yuki! Yuki Kaai! Yuki!"

"I entirely forgot to do my homework, which was to find some interesting rocks and figure out which kind they were. Happen to have any fun rocks? It's due in a few minutes, and Teacher'll be mad at me if I come to class without it!"
"…. I’m thirteen. "
At the mention of parents, all he did was shake his head. Letting out a sigh, he looked at her for a moment before readjusting the patch on this eye. He paused, recalling memories. ‘Mommy’ and ‘Daddy’?….. When did he ever hear those words? He can’t think of any moment in his life that he heard those words, though, he knows what they mean.
Mom and Dad.
Such a shame that he doesn’t have any.
" ….I’m not in school. Hey, have you ever heard of an orphan by any chance? "
"I was kinda off, huh?"
Yuki winced. making a bit of a ridiculous face. She didn't understand the pain in the boy's expression, didn't comprehend what was going on.
"Orphan? Well, i think it was part of my vocabulary homework, but I'm not really that good at remembering things. I'm kinda forgetful, I mean. Want to say the def-een-ee-tion?"
She gave a proud smile-- after all, how many students her age knew the word 'definition?' There was full reason to have pride, in Yuki's view.
