💕🌻Happy Decemeber 1st🌻💕 It’s the last month of 2017 & I’m using this time to take a small little hiatus from my beloved blog. I know, I know. 😢 I’m sad about it too. LOL. But sometimes we have to take a step back in order to produce something better. The holidays are approaching! & i have some loose ends in my personal life that need some attending to. I really want to take a break from my blog so that i can lock in on some of the work that I’ve been doing & come back to you guys with some things real & raw💕🙏🏾 I’ll be back in Jan. with some new & interesting things that hopefully you will all love & enjoy 😊 — but, of course I’ll still be around for inquiries on collaborations (I’M ALWAYS DOWN FOR THEM)! #ThoughtForThursday: I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to #ProtectYourEnergy & set boundaries. I really do lack in areas like these. Simply because I like being around people. Friendly people, kind people, cool people. But sometimes i just can’t differentiate whether a persons personality is genuine or an all-out act. I’ve always been this way. Naive? Friendly? Too nice? Or whatever you want to call it. I mean, i know you’re supposed to “trust the vibe” & ✌🏾feel their aura✌🏾, but some people are REALLY fucking good at faking it. So, how does one know when to respectfully take a step back? How does one find the grey area between being SUPER INVITING or being COLD-SHOULDERED & STANDOFFISH AF? Where is the in between???? —(currently writing a piece on this, but it’s been so heavy on my mind, i just had to share) 🤷🏾‍♀️💭🤔

#AThoughtForThursday: Today I was talking to a friend of mine, & we were discussing how at times we tend to purposely self-sabotage/self-destruct. & by this I mean, we tend to give into things that feel good for our flesh but aren’t necessarily that great for the soul. We spoke about things like unhealthy food, lack of exercise, excessive use of alcohol & a bunch of other things that if you consume too much of, results in a negative effect. Now if you were to ask me, a little bit of liquor is good for my soul😭 but those are just my delusions LOL......how can we find a balance between the toxins that we constantly feed our flesh & the nutrients that we should feed our soul? *NEW POST THIS MONDAY, “Flesh Vs Spirit” #OnTheBlog ✨
