Older design for a cruise ship that I went back and redid because wow, was I horrible at arting years ago.
The story on this one is that an old, eccentric rich shipping magnate sank most of his fortune into designing these gigantic, armored ships to make his cargoes mostly proof against Makaran raiders and the odd human pirate. It worked for a while, until a few unscrupulous folks realized they could buy one of these used, cram it full of extra weapons and nasty surprises, and turn it into a pocket dreadnaught. Luckily, Ecclesiastes Creek never lived to see that day; one shudders to think of what he would have created to counter that.
A stock Comrade 4400 freighter from my Time Corps universe. A high-capacity, high-durability ship that can be modified extensively. They fly like bricks in the atmosphere, but that is offset by the fact that they are incredibly durable.
A stock Ravenholme StarBird. One of the sportier models from my Time Corps universe, it’s more of a rich kid’s runabout. Although it has a few luxury items designed in and decent speed, it is hard to seriously customize without a complete hull refit.
Welcome to the Shipyard!
This is where I’m going to post my “art”. It’ll be mostly digital ships with full deckplans.
If anyone wants to yoink my stuff, I have no problem as long as you don’t claim it as yours. Feel free to customize it, but I’d really like to see how it turns out when you’re done.
Okay, shutting up for now. See you soon!
