not had a scale in over a week and i weighed myself in my friends bathroom today and I'm lighter than I was even though id drank and eaten right before I weighed myself 👏👏👏

I've literally lost my appetite and idek why. Like I get waves of hunger but literally no food appeals to me so I've eaten about 100 calories spread over the past 2 days, its so weird bc I'd usually wanna binge by now but I guess the gods are keeping me a skinny bitch for a while

Has anyone tried the long breath weight loss method? It’s a Japanese exercise that basically involves engaging your core muscles by standing up and exhaling hard, and it really burns but is so easy to do! This video explains how to do it well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQCWLIrfJYo I’ve tried it and it really does work, and is so much easier than doing crunches or planks, so it’s great for when you’re fasting or you’ve just woken up!

feeling good about today but my weight hasn't gone down in a couple of days, hope this breaks my plateau 😪
