Now newly qualified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors, our 6 candidates are elated with the positive results of their PADI Instructor Examination (IE) throughout the 2-day evaluation on September 16th and 17th! :) Congratulations to all interns: Kelvin, Akmal, Alex, Leanne, Oliver and Chris - as well as their mentor, resident Platinum Course Director Richard Swann!

In the Danum Valley forest reserve, the Borneo Rainforest Lodge is an astoundingly lux haven for the discerning traveller, and is a lovely accommodation for the perfect rest after a day of intense hiking through the nature trails around the lodge :)
PADI Instructor Cindy is assisted by our latest PADI Divemaster internship candidate, Vincent, to introduce our enthusiastic guests to the natural biodiversity of the underwater! Everyone had a great day on our Snorkel Safari day trip to explore the TARP islands, especially when visiting the very special ‘Nemo Village’ and spotted the blacktip reef sharks too :)

Arne and Laurens from Belgium completed one of Sabah’s toughest challenges: climbing Mount Kinabalu! But all climbers agree how the arduous journey is worth it to witness the breathtaking views of the Crocker Range mountains!
Wreck diving is a specialty that many divers choose ONLY to dive wrecks! Many wrecks have a rich history, and they make for a very interesting dive :) We would highly suggest completing a few PADI Specialty courses before diving on an enormous shipwreck! :)
