I’ve actually read from my spirit guides that mental illness (most of them, the ones you are diagnosed for specifically) are due to your diet mainly and if you eat cleaner foods (you don’t have to diet at all it’s because of all of the chemicals that are put into a lot of the foods) those illnesses will go away. Bipolar can go away, and so can other mental illnesses like narcissism because food feeds your brain and mainly America has a lot of chemicals in their foods to alter your brain and try to control you and make you take medication that actually makes your body deteriorate and become compromised so you’re not in control of your body. I’d recommend eating strictly organic foods because the pesticides in normal produce and other foods are high and cause brain damage. I love you and wish you safe healing on your journey.
