How to teach Leruo about Discernment.

Discernment is an inner knowing. Sometimes silent, sometimes audible. It’s a feeling, a word, a warning.

You need to be alert, turn down the volume of your thoughts.

When your friends say you should do something, and in you there’s a feeling of uncomfortability. Then you know tha you shouldn’t. Same as when there’s a feeling of safety for you to go ahead

I am grateful to still have this gig, even though there are constant moment of doubt, if my food will be good enough today.
