Learning to embrace this is an everlasting practice - I am allowed to be me, fearlessly, in any moment - that is, as long as I stay out of my own way. The moment I find myself worrying or obsessing, I acknowledge that I am thinking about what I fear, and then do my best to stop it. I am getting better and better at this, and the only way I am able to achieve it, counter-intuitively, is to worry and obsess. ( So, let's just say I am becoming an expert.. ) It's fascinating to me how much I get into my own way, either out of habit or programming. It's not my fault I've come to act / think in this manner, but it is my fault if I stay that way when I want more for myself. I'm learning to FEEL. Stop THINKING. my thoughts aren't me anyway, but how I feel about any of it is where my power lies. So, today, I choose to FEEL True Jade, and I choose inspired action. Today I choose to let my body move me and to let my natural flow take over. I choose this today, and hopefully every day. and I hope you can start, too. I need me to be unique me. and we all need YOU to be unique you. FEARLESSLY, because no matter what you call it or know IT to be, IT'S GOT YOUR BACK. LOVE YOU, darling. ☆
