Doc nods, and reaches their other hand up to touch their own hair. Kinda soft, but not quite as soft as her fur. “I do a lot of science-y things,” they say, “Or… well, I have a lot of ideas, anyway. But I don’t think I have the materials I’d need to actually do a lot of them.”

At first, Doc isn’t sure what to make of the person… animal? Being. Standing before him. Nothing like anything they’ve ever seen, certainly piquing their interest.

Well, first thing’s first, they had some questions to ask.
