Whereverigothereiam^^^^^^^^^^^^^^• On the last glorious day of my trip I packed in the love. Waking up before sunrise, I meet the third of three Yanis’ on the corner as he passed his bike with half flat tires over to me, he jogged next to me on the way to the beach.
Yanis 3 is from Albania but moved to Crete at 14 with his 5 brothers. Every morning he wakes up and jogs to the beach, swims for 2 hours and then goes to work at his restaurant in the town square- where I met him. So we swam for two two hours and watched the sun rise in the clouds and got pummeled by warm waves and stretched and did push-ups and talked extensively about how great Crete is. One of the commonalities of all the people I met in all of the countries I met them in was {pride of place} Even though Yanis is Albanian, he sees himself as A Crete Head. Another most beautiful point of view I came in conversation with through many people was the importance of giving and family over money and power. This is truth and I felt blessed to have meet one preacher of truth after the next from all these different lands and weathers and times and gods. Truth is truth and with that I have come to believe in the truth of myself more deeply than I ever have and I know that quest only goes deeper so here I stand and here I go.
