There’s a lot of social media tools such as Facebook insights and twitter analytics that can be very helpful in today’s social media world. Social media analytical tools are tools that help you analyze the impact of your social media activities. Some tools are intuitive ad easy to use while others can be more complicated. I prefer the ones that are easier to use but some of the more complicated ones do offer more options. Benefits of these tools and other tools like them can be extensive. For example, the ability to see statistics and learn what you’re doing right or wrong can be invaluable. Personally, I will be using tools like these ones in the future. Tools like this can be extremely helpful whether your using them for your business purposes or even personal uses. Something that people may use these tools for are to analyze the content they’re putting out and change how they go about things based on the statistics. Tools like these are important to analyze and find out what’s being successful and what not. Overall using tools like these are really important to helping you be more successful using social media.

Promoting your business on social media can have numerous benefits towards the success of your business. However, in order to maximize those benefits you have to use the right social media tools to promote your business. It’s good to start by deciding which social media platforms are right for promoting your business. Once you have decided which social media sites you’re going to be using you need to find out what tools those sites have to offer. For example a good tool to use that most sites have are analytics. These tools allow you to look and you post and see what’s working the best to promote your business and therefore helps you improve your posts in the future. There are also tools that help you manage your various social media accounts. One of these tools is Buffer which is a tool that helps you queue and schedule social media updates across multiple platforms. Considering these tools are just some of the things you can do to help you create a more successful business.

All Social Media The Same?

After using different social media sites for a few weeks now and its difficult not to notice how many similarities they have in common. It seems like there all similar in some way or fashion and are all trying to do relatively the same thing. They all seem to want to bring people together. For example, Facebook and YouTube allow you to share your content with the world and in that way, they are similar but it’s how they go about it that’s makes them different. YouTube is more video based and I feel that there’s not quite as much interaction with people. Facebook seems more people oriented and is more for talking to people then promoting yourself through videos. However, both have a huge user base. Facebook has more than 1,700,000,000 users and over 1,000,000,000 people that use YouTube. While it would be nice to be able to use all the social media sites to promote a business I think that would be too much work. For me personally I think I will try to stick to just a few social media sites that have a bigger user base and that I feel are easier to use overall. So far I think I’ll use Facebook and YouTube more than other social media sites in the future. I think these two will be most helpful to me since I see a lot of people using them effectively. For example, one person that I have taken inspiration from is Noveritsch who has been very successful using YouTube and Facebook to promote himself. Overall social media sites can be very similar and yet very different at their core.

Death of Twitter?

After reading this article I’ve learned a lot about how social media sites work and why it seems like Twitter isn’t. Sure, Twitter has a loyal following and user base but per this article they haven’t done much to improve that user base or made much innovation in a while. So, as it stands I happen to agree that no one should buy Twitter. I understand trying to stay loyal to your original vision but when that vision starts to make the site less appealing it becomes a problem. Without innovation and improvement, I think the site would eventually die. It also says that there’s not much of a solid profit being gained. So, buying it as it is would require a lot of work just to make it profitable. I think that if Twitter wants to sell then need to innovate and show they can be profitable and not expect someone to just step in and buy them and they have to figure it out and do all the work. Innovate and improve or die, that’s the way it’s always been.

The Power of Social Media

Social media is relatively new for me and I am just now starting to learn about everything that’s possible through it. The extent of me experience with social media has been to stay connected with people. Personally, I have found it to be very helpful in keeping in touch with friends and family that I would otherwise probably not get to talk to as much. Professionally I am just now learning about all the possibilities social media could have for businesses. The amount of ways you can use to improve and promote your business are astounding. I have learned a lot exploring the different social media presences out there and that’s one of the reasons I have decided to create a more extensive social media presence. In the future, I believe the social media will help me promote both my business and myself. It will also allow me to share some of the things I am passionate about with the world. Social media can help customers learn more information about whatever they’re looking into and for marketers it can help them promote to a wider audience. I’ve learned the creating a successful brand that stands out can be very difficult but I am happy to learning how to be successful using social media as a tool.
