The overall theme for the album - She's Hurting is an emotional explosion that personifies her fears of war and life after societal collapse. When she's hurting, she visits the most beautiful sunsets in her mind for the escape. She begins to understand mother nature's battle with technology.

Genres on this album includes hiphop, lo-fi, boombap, triphop, dub, ukdub, grime, dubstep, reggae and even some deep house influences.
