Remember the point of ask games is less to talk about yourself (although yeah of course that’s fun!) and more to provide opportunities to get to know others with some icebreakers 💕 if you want to get to know people (mutuals or otherwise!!) sending asks to others in an ask game is a key way to build rapport :) you can learn about their likes and dislikes, share headcanons, check in on life, and most importantly you can chat about their/your answer in the replies of the post - it’s a time honoured tradition on tumblr as one of the key ways to make friends 😁

I really do want to make sure this is known to as many people as I can get it to, because this is so so important, not just for the idea of generalized internet safety, but also because of avoiding complete creeps. From what I’ve seen, a lot of minors don’t really seem to know that, or they don’t know that until it’s almost happened, which is really scary considering how easily they can become complete targets. Hell, I’ve gotten creeps before as a minor, and I absolutely want to do the best I can at preventing others from recieving the same. This isn’t to say “you have less rights yada yada” but it legitimately is dangerous to give out your age especially under the age of 18 because of the target it puts on your back. Take this from people who’ve made this mistake and it nearly did cost them, please be mindful not to reveal your age if you are a minor.

Lord help me, like I need *another* hyperfixation right now while there are forty fics on hold - including friend’s works I need to edit, unfinished collabs, a few roleplays, and a bunch of crack.

But I want to do some headcanons of my own for the World Grand Prix racers (blame Shu. 100%). The only one I feel certain of right now is this:

Rip Clutchgoneski is a mute. Not deaf, but mute. No one is really sure why, but it happened in his youth. Carla and him are good friends, so she translates things to everyone when they’re together. When they’re not, Rip usually has other vehicles around able to translate. They’ve also been trying to fix their muteness, as his may actually be able to be overcome. But he does ask of other’s patience in that personal process.

humanized cars headcannon?    

so lightning was able to help out with the design of his racer car right?

 but typically racing suits are designed to just have the sponsor and name of the racer, only designs that fit with the sponsors brand. 

so i feel like lightning would be mad that he cant match with his car so he customizes the racer suit on his own. making custom patches and and lightning strike on his suit.

 of course rusty and dusty didn’t mind hell they liked it even more! and it got him a lot of popularity with the design still having sponsor colors and lightings own pizzazz on it  :D

i’m going thru it right now, so here’s some random sarge/fillmore headcanons that i’ve accumulated over the years:

- Sarge is a generally average height, but Fillmore is an absolute giant of a man.

- Fillmore has a lot of tattoos, but they’re very spread out on his body.

- Sarge wore his dog tags even after getting kicked out of the military.

- Fillmore plays the harmonica really well. Sarge picked up guitar when he was in high school, so sometimes they’ll play music together

- Sarge is from the midswest, Fillmore is from California. They have cultural clashes about it, sometimes.

- They THOUGHT they were doing a good job of keeping their relationship a secret, but everyone had it figured out in due time

- Fillmore dropped out of college to focus on demonstrations in the late-60s; he went back to school sometime after the war ended, where he double majored in philosophy and political science

- Sarge played varsity football in high school, and would have had the opportunity to go to college on a sports scholarship. He ended up enlisting with a five-year contract instead, which he renewed once it had expired. 

-  They’re very much the obnoxious “granola” couple, so they’ll go backpacking every month-or-so if the weather is right

- Sarge is gay, and Fillmore is bisexual.

- Fillmore ALWAYS has long-ish hair, but what length depends on whenever he has an inkling to cut it. Every decade or so, he’ll start over fresh and just cut it all off to “keep his hair healthy.”

- Fillmore tops.

I'm not sure about what you're referring to when you say "fuckboi," but if you're talking about my boyfriend, Miguel Camino, I technically have a top speed of 203 miles per hour, 3 miles per hour faster than him. So I'm not just as fast as him, I'm faster than him! Of course, he never likes to admit this.
