What if things went differently? What if Sonic....reached a breaking point? If he had enough?
[Sonic AU rp blog made by @abysmaltrinity, where Sonic tried to take....a different approach to the issue he's always faced.]
〔Hello there and welcome to the start of an interesting journey.〕
...Hello there. For some reason, N0-VA decided to make this for me. As long as this doesn't interfere with my work, I guess it should be fine.
Rules about this blog:
The only hate I accept here is hate for any version of my targets 〔Robotnik, Deadly Six, etc〕. That means back off on everything else.
There will be swearing here. If you don't like it...sorry I guess.
〔There is the topic of mental health in here, especially how having bad mental health can affect people. That being said...not everyone is affected the same way. I apologize in advance if some parts feel inaccurate; some are based off of my own experiences.〕

〔Here is your cast.〕
〔Here is some information.〕

Sonic, after the defeat of Infinite, has tried to return to normalcy; however, with Eggman’s sudden return along with…a few new changes, he makes a choice that pivots from what could have been a good future.

[No {romantic rp} yet- one day it'll exist tho- maybe- maybe not-]
-A new day at a new base... Winnie was there, walking around the perimeter and trying her best to get used to the area. She wasn't used to relocating so much. Actually, it kind of made her wonder how her earliest predecessor usually handled these cases... After all, Eggman hadn't cared to take her along for the ride, nor other Metal Fighters, seemingly.-
-The base was nice enough, but it was noticeably smaller. For her and the other robots, this meant things were more cramped, sadly but truly, but maybe she needed to keep going out anyway. Still, she wondered how long this could continue...-
-If she and her sister Amy-Bot could only do more...-
The new base was certainly smaller, but then again...that was likely because of the large amount of bots that would be repaired and made; for a regular person, it could be considered big. The exterior looked inconspicuous enough with the help of the trees for people to simply pass by...but maybe not enough for avid abandoned building seekers. But the chances of encountering those were slim-to-none.
N0-VA had taken the charge of ensuring that power was working both inside and outside the facility.
It felt...weird not needing to follow commands of Jericho anymore. Like something was missing; but then again, they were made to do that so it was plausible to have this emptiness. All they needed was something to replace said void, and there were a number of options.
At some point, they would find Winnie roaming and went over to her.
...They didn't talk to her much, did they? May as well strike a conversation. Make some small talk.

-Well, this kid was clearly being rather bratty. His stuff? Was he even related to the owner...wherever the man was? Winnie looked around, wondering about that.-
We were simply hoping to find something that our father might like. He's been down lately, so we wanted to see if we could cheer him up. Find something special.
Kid: "Mhm! I was making a wish to make a friend, and then suddenly I saw it fall out of a tree! I think some meanie threw it up there. I've been taking real good care of it ever since! But...I dunno why it's here.."

*numerous machines have been destroyed, but there would always be more to replace them, the doctor is making sure i dont get away this time, if only i had even a single chaos emerald, id probably win the war of attrition, but id probably be forced to escape anyway when if he has more powerful bots, ive cut back on using my thruster to conserve power, but it is only delaying the inevitable result as my power is still draining*
Meanwhile, a certain blue doctor was going around the area. He had found out that one of his drones had suddenly went off the radar around here.
This was also a comm test; seeing as there was more allies, especially ones who went out a lot, this would be needed...and should've been made a long time ago.
The design of the earpiece he created was sort of crude, but hey, it was hopefully functional.
Is it still working from here?
<Affirmative; though, there is some minor static.>
Had some units hold the bots off. Even if they fail now to stop them, we took a path that would likely send him to a different base, one that hasn't been used in months.
There was only one thing that went wrong with the distraction plan.
Knuckles. I was forced to reveal myself without distractions to save him and i was able to send him away to safety before the chase leading to how you found me.
I sent Knuckles to my base and he should have a watch looking object that is capable of summoning forth warp rings with the safeguard that it cannot summon one closeby my location.
So with this information he is likely with the other two, but this is unconfirmed.
I will head off to my base to fix the minor damage and make sure knuckles isnt stuck there despite odds being that he isnt, unless there is anything else.
