Friendly reminder that Steve was wearing a brown biker jacket & cargo pants when he rescued Bucky from Krausberg and the USO Tours were cancelled immediately after, so the only way Bucky could have known what ‘the outfit’ looked like on him in person is if he was there when Steve got undressed.

Let’s look back at the bar scene with this in mind…

So Steve smirked at Bucky after the keeping the outfit question. Which is basically Steve realizing that a) Bucky watched him undress and b) Bucky thinks Steve looks hot in the tights

Also I just realized that after asking the question Bucky smirked back at Steve and held eye contact the entire time (unlike Steve who looked away almost immidetely). Which is basically Bucky confirming everything established above.

Then Steve looks at the poster of himself in the tights and declares that the outfit is growing on him. Which is basically Steve a) saying he doesn’t mind being checked out by Bucky and b) he wants to be checked out by Bucky
