The Yoshi Doctor is In!

We're not sure how a Yoshi was not only able to speak English but was also able to a degree in medicine. If that wasn't strange enough he has made many strange friends in his travels! But maybe if you ask nicely he might shed some light on the subject.

Knuckles: HE HIT THE GYM!

Doc: Err... What he said... I guess... Ummm... Mr The Echidna can you please not barge into my office without an appointment please...

OOC: Oh look a Sonic Boom joke, How original! I even gave Knuckles some extra bandages so you can tell its the version I was using!

I dunno how the change came about, I guess cause I used myself as a reference to get the pose right. I also gave Doc some of them fancy "shoulders". Now that I look at it, I like it. I mean I was drawing before I answered the last question but I wasn't drawing Yoshis or anything. But hey, maybe break was what I needed.

OCC:  I could have gone all Bugs Bunny or just said "the roof" but instead I tried to go both.

Hope this was worth the wait! What with the oddly proportioned head and all. I did use a reference this time for the head though. But I'm of the "draw expressively, not well" train of thought any ways.

Setting Up Shop.

Doc: Come on... This needs to be straight...

Doc: HUH!? Oh!

Doc: Err... hello... Dr. Yoshi at your service! But everyone calls me Doc! I'm kinda in the middle of setting up my office, but my door is always open! So please drop by, say hello. I'm sure this place is in suitable working order.

I can already tell I've gone off model... Doc's too small for his chair for one. But that's because I drew him then put him on the pre-drawn background... yeah I won't make that mistake again. At least I'll try not to, that's the point of this blog, to teach myself how to draw better! (I'm thinking there'll be a minor story arc about getting the right sized furniture if questions ever run dry too...)

Also, I made my first ever GIF! Turned out pretty well I think.
