Misaki sat alone for quite a while, enjoying the peace and quiet. Of course she couldn’t help but watch as people walked in and out of the cafe ever once in a while, but she didn’t stare. Looking back down at her table she took a deep breath before taking another sip of the steaming hot chocolate. Every now and then she checked her cell phone for a text from Takumi. With a few blinks, a few more sips, and a few more people rushing in and out of the cafe, she hadn’t even noticed when she heard a familiar voice, and before she knew it the person was already standing beside her. As she was checking her phone at a new text from Takumi, she looked up at the familiar cherry hair’d girls excited expression “E-Eh, Sakura?!”
Her face was red from the text, of course it was like Takumi to be sending Misaki embarrassing things. Shutting her phone quickly and shoving it into her pocket she sat up quickly, retaining her good posture she had been practicing, not responding to the poor boy, and instead responding to her friend. “Sure!” As the other took a seat eagerly she took a sip from her hot chocolate, avoiding the others gaze, hoping she wouldn’t ask about her expression just than and the suspicious behavior. “S-So, how are you?” The raven hair’d girl asked as she took a small glance at the other, awkwardly, as if she was hiding something.
Sakura wasn't particularly the brightest girl in the world, though she didn't like to admit it, but she could tell when something weird was going on. She furrowed her brow and watched the girl with a small pout as she took a sip from her cocoa. She was quiet for a moment, taking in the secretive and nervous disposition of her good friend, picking up her latte and taking a sip, being careful not to get the foam on her face. She put it down and decided to bring up this weird behavior, saying in a very matter of fact tone, "Something's up." Her curious glance, though, soon changed into a large grin as she leaned forwards over the table and said, "What's going onnn?"
Sakura had an extreme amount of curiosity, something like a child, and though she understood that this thing was making Misaki at least vaguely nervous, she couldn't stop herself from getting all worked up over the idea that something might be going on with Misaki-- hopefully in her love life. Any person that knew her was aware that Sakura was very girly. Adamantly attending boy band concerts, always interested to hear a romantic conversation or watch a chick flick with her friends. There was really no hiding it, and now that she had a hunch that Misaki might be involved in something romantic, she wasn't going to drop it. "I know about these things, Misaki! There's no use hiding it from me!" She said, putting a finger in the air in a matter-of-fact way.
