Hello!

I've created this blog as an archive and catalogue for visual media where chins are held, lifted, cupped, grabbed, and all things adjacent (the entire chin grabbing spectrum if you will), by hand, or by an object (like the hilt or the blade of a sword). The intent behind the chin grab doesn't matter. It can be romantic, it can be platonic, it can be antagonistic. It can be tender, agressive, condescending, etc.

Disappointed by the villainous face grab TV tropes that never gave me quite enough references to work despite being the only attempt to compile any occurence of this phenomenon in media (albeit limited), and sick of keeping them in the back of my head, I will now add them to this repertory so I can properly categorize them.
