Fred has left a note for remus to find. A secret note. The note of all notes. The Note. It reads, after looking at a evil face emoji, ‘bring it, professor’. He has challenged them. /please accept my dumb ask for Remus.

Remus had found the note that Fred left. A grin stretching at scarred features at the simple phrase. "Cheers to you, my boys. You have been quite daring. Here's the best of luck to the both of you. You'll need it." He spoke as the note wrote every word he uttered. The parchment vanishing from his hands to return to them. New plans beginning to brew in his head. The Weasley twins were in for quite a time as Remus knew the ins and outs of the castle. He knew how to play things as he needed. Back to his office to unleash the nightmare they asked for.

The twins smile as Fred hands over a card to Remus. They're anticipating him opening it up because not only is there a sweet 'Happy Birthday' message on the inside, but another surprise. For when he opens the card, glitter, loads and loads of glitter (ok, maybe not that much) will pop out of the card.

Remus graciously took the card from Fred with his own smile to them both. He been staying at the Burrow with the Weasleys after his resignation from his position at Hogwarts. Molly had become informed of his plight and instantly jumped on accepting him into her home. Remus had no time to fight the decision as he knew Molly would not have him on the streets again. And this day was like no other to him but the moment the Weasleys caught wind that it was his birthday. It was an uproar.

His gaze on the card he opened it to be startled by a blast of orange and blue glitter. A cough as some got caught in his mouth. He didn’t know in that moment whether to be upset or amused by the boys. But laughter burst from him as he wiped away some glitter before flicking his wrist so it disappeared from his clothes.

“Very clever, boys. I can’t even be mad at that but be warned to not do that again.” After all they had found his map. They wouldn’t know what hit them if they challenged a prankster that was about two decades their senior.

Sirius bites Remus' hand to wake him up. He is holding out a strawberry cake that is overly iced with way too many candles. "Happy Birthday moony! I'm your gift." Also he had another one. But that was after his kiss. "Also I got you a new tea set." It was fancy shmancy and perfect for his favorite person.

Remus hated Sirius’ wake up calls with a passion. Never pleasant especially with the day it was when he reminded him. That he sighed when he saw the over decorated cake. The important thing he guessed was that he tried as he took the cake. He did enjoy strawberry and sweets as he blew out the candles then picked them off. “Thank you, Padfoot. This was... thoughtful.” He thanked him taking a bite and nodded. “Pretty good actually.” He returned the kiss to him. “My other one still works fine. You didn’t have to get me a new one.” Still it was never bad to have an extra set if something broke.

Rachael ran up to Remus pretty much leaning on him to give him the biggest kiss. "Happy Birthday!" She beamed before pulling back to pull out a box. She had taken time to track down a few things and managed to some old books about spells that she thought he would enjoy there was also some chocolate for him.

Remus felt the weight of her on him then turned his head to kiss the top of her head then her lips. “Hello, my dear Rachael. Thank you.” He responded graciously to her wish. Not really expecting to receive anything but he still knew better when it came to her. His scarred hands retrieving the package she wrapped glancing at her. “Where did you find these? I haven’t seen first additions like these ones.” It was rare to obtain spell books such as these. However it didn’t surprise him with the connections she had. Before he unwrapped the chocolate to snap off a piece to offer to her.
