Coral the Mermaid

Meet Coral, Angie’s best friend. She is a bubbly and adventurous mermaid who loves collecting seashells and pearl.

Angie’s past Before becoming the leader of a team called the “night owls”, Angie was an ordinary elf girl with a passion for archery and fighting. Her life was different she was open minded and confident. One day, at the a beach near her village she was collecting pearls like her father asked her to, just then, she saw Coral the mermaid on a rock who was struggling to get her fin free from a net. Seeing the poor mermaid in distress, Angie swims to the rock and removes the net from Coral’s fin. To repay th elf girl’s kindness, Coral gives her as much pearls as she needed and the two became friends ever since. Everything changed, a year later, Coral was teaching Angie how to swim like her but she was caught in stronger fishnets by a group of greedy humans who noticed her. Seeing her best friend in danger, Angie must calls for her other friends in the village to plot a rescue mission. In the ship carrying Coral’s kidnappers, Angie makes her way to where one of the humans with her mer-friend, there in an empty room, Angie sees the human with a knife to kill Coral. She hurries to Coral, saving her and as Angie is stabbed in the right eye, after rescuing Coral, Angie now one eyed felt scared of losing everything, that’s when she decided to take matters into her own hands and become the leader of the Night Owls and Coral has been assuming that it’s her fault Angie changed like that ever since.
