   she’s talking to her daughter, telling her that it would be sunset    and bedtime soon. she realizes she probably isn’t listening to     her and her point is only proven when her girl looks up at her    and speaks, asking what her mother had been saying.

   ’ hey. have you been listening to anythin’ i’ve been saying, soph? ‘

     with a small, timid little smile, she      practically winces before shaking her      head. the blonde can tell there's a       small hint of humor lacing her mom's      voice, but she can't help feeling a tad      bit nervous.

     ' um.... no, momma. '

                 sophia knows it's rude to go ahead                  and eat other people's food when                   they're not around. but she couldn't                  resist. she was starving, and her                  stomach was so empty that it hurt.

                 she feels kind of dumb when the                  owner of the plate of food comes                  back to lay eyes on the little girl                  munching away happily at their                  food. so she quickly swallows                  and gives them her best set of                  puppy dog eyes.
