♡10k affirmation challenge every day (focused affirming and using a counter to get to 10k)
♡mirror work in the first 30 minutes of waking up
♡robotic affirming as soon as I wake up (not focused affirming and not counting it)
♡water manifesting trick (whisper affirmations into your water then drink it while visualizing your manifestation entering your body as the water)
♡when I'm focus affirming, listen to pure theta waves to help it go straight to my subconscious
♡visualize while im drifting to sleep
♡NO sad music/watching sad movies/giving the 3D any attention (just a rule for me cus any type of negativity brings me back to where I was before I started working on my self concept)
