How about a coffee date together ❣️🍑🍆,
It’s Exhausting
I’m unsure if it’s being manly or hiding my girliness. One or the other, maybe both, can be exhausting when there’s a delicate lady wanting to emerge. Like the barely-there tread on my wife’s car tires, I’m able to get from point A to point B as my man self. But I’m slipping. There’s a little light going off in the dashboard of my heart telling me that traction control is being activated. I need better traction or I’ll exhaust my whole being. This better traction must come from a more mature state of mind than keeping my femininity hidden in the trunk like an embarrassing spare tire.
I’ve been an avid fitness enthusiast for many years. Right now, I may very well be in the best “sculpted” shape I’ve ever been in. The panties and bras look better than ever on me! At 44, it’s certainly not the packed-on muscle that it was when I was in my early 30′s, but I’m definitely more toned. I would guess that I’m in the single percentile of body fat and might be in better cardiovascular health than I have been in a decade. I can’t claim humility here. I’m bragging. I’m proud of it. Please don’t judge me. I’m actually making a point. It took some serious reevaluating to get to this level of fitness. This meant that I had to think maturely. I was exhausting myself. My testosterone couldn’t keep up and neither could my joints. I was training and dieting like I did when I was 30. My diet was all about consuming for muscle rather than fueling for energy. I had to make a change, a mature change, and get some different traction; and it paid off big time. Wisdom makes up a lot of ground as we age and it applies as well to dealing with the exhaustion we experience as men hiding our girly selves.
Whether you’re exhausted at being manly or exhausted at hiding your girliness, you need to reevaluate. You need to think wisely about girliness. Make mature choices for the overall benefit of your feminine well-being. You’re doing no one any favors by pretending to be manly all the time. You’re certainly not doing yourself any favors. If you’re tired, worn out, exhausted, barely hanging on, get some better traction…starting today. Reform your daily routine to bring more femininity into your life and stop locking her in the trunk like you’re embarrassed. I don’t mean to suggest that you prance around town in a tutu and rumba panties, though that could be something daringly fun. But for the sake of you, settle into a more feminine state of living. It may be small increments at a time. It may be very small increments. Whatever it is, life is too precious to live it exhausted when there is a shining princess within you. When you make the mature decision to do that for the sake of your girliness, I guarantee that it will pay off big time!
Love ya, girlies!

I needed to hear my own voice from the past. Hope it encourages you now in the present and into the future.
